Refreshment
Period
- BAIRS is refreshed with new information
every morning after BFS batch updates are completed. Unless
there are alerts to the contrary, users should assume that BAIRS
reports and databases are fully available during its hours of
operation.
- BIS is refreshed every month,
after the close of the accounting period. However the exact
date that the period closes is not fixed.
- Financial data is refreshed
within 5 working days of when the final month-end GL data
reaches BAIRS. Click here for the BFS General Ledger Monthly

- PPS data is refreshed within
5 working days after the close of the monthly payroll period.
