BAIRS Financials Report Inventory
Data Dictionary

The Berkeley Administrative Initiatives Reporting System (BAIRS), was developed by the Administrative Systems Department to provide reports from the Berkeley Financial System (BFS) and the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).

The BAIRS database is refreshed nightly. An extensive and comprehensive number of reports are available on demand, and departments can define the selection criteria and report sequence based on the specific needs of their organization. Tools are also available to develop ad hoc data queries and download data.

BAIRS Financials reports are accessed via the Berkeley Reporting Portal.
